LuvBiltong Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At LuvBiltong, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and convenient. Please review our policy regarding purchases, order cancellations, and changes.

🛒 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this carefully, as it confirms the purchase and begins the processing of your order.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order by contacting admin@luvbiltong.co.uk.

  • After 1 day, orders may already be in processing or packaging, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • If an order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Order Modifications

  • Requests to change items, flavours, quantities, or delivery details must be submitted within 1 day of placing the order.

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the processing stage.

📦 Processing & Shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Standard return or refund policies apply for damaged or incorrect items (see our Return & Refund Policy).
