Our Grass-Fed Scottish Beef Sticks - Vacuum Sealed, also known as Droëwors (dried sausage), are a traditional South African favourite — a ready-to-eat, high-protein, zero-sugar beef snack made with care, using only natural ingredients and 100% beef.

We craft our Droëwors using selected cuts of Scottish topside trim and silverside beef from trusted, approved suppliers. Each batch is seasoned naturally with Maldon Sea Salt, cracked black pepper, roasted coriander seed, nutmeg, cloves, onion, and garlic, gluten free Worcestershire sauce — no nitrates, no nitrites, and no added MSG.

Our beef mixture is a perfect balance of lean topside/silverside (80%) and just the right amount of natural fat marbling, ensuring a rich, authentic flavour and satisfying texture.
